Role Description
As an Associate UX Designer you will partner with researchers, strategists, and engineers to create design solutions that meet user needs and drive business value. You will be involved from user research and prototyping to product definition and stakeholder presentation, and will help the team adopt new design technologies and practices.
Responsibilities
Champion design thinking and human‑centered approaches with internal stakeholders.
Work with cross‑functional teams in sprint cycles to produce design-ready deliverables.
Support secondary research and participate in primary research to uncover user pain points.
Facilitate workshops, synthesize insights into defensible visions, frameworks and concepts.
Conduct concept validation, testing and occasional co‑design sessions with end‑users.
Stay current with emerging UX trends and maintain a high‑level understanding of the Salesforce platform.
Apply documented design systems rigorously to deliver consistent UI and UX.
Develop and share new tools, methods, and processes that improve innovation engagements.
Basic Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in an internal or agency design team, or relevant academic program.
Degree in HCI, interaction design, product design, communication design, design thinking, or related field.
Ability to rapidly prototype ideas—from hand‑drawn storyboards to functional digital prototypes.
Strong grasp of user‑centered design practices and design thinking.
Experience collaborating with software developers and understanding of the development process.
Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, LucidChart; familiarity with GPT models is a plus.
Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time‑management abilities.
Positive attitude, bias toward iteration and action, and desire to build relationships across teams.
