As Senior Director Product Marketing, you will shape the strategy, positioning, and go‑to‑market execution for Circle's core products, including the USDC stablecoin, EURC, Circle Mint, and global liquidity solutions.

You’ll be part of the Digital Assets Product Marketing Management team, collaborating cross‑functionally with product, marketing, communications, executive leadership, and external partners to refine offerings, conduct competitive analysis, and drive innovation that strengthens Circle’s market leadership.
What You’ll Be Responsible For We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing leader who is passionate, strategic, and intensely customer‑focused. In this role, you will define and lead the vision, strategy, positioning, and messaging for new and existing products, ensuring they resonate with diverse audiences and partners.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team of product marketers focused on customer‑centric solutions.
Collaborate cross‑functionally to develop, position, and launch products globally.
Drive go‑to‑market excellence, overseeing market validation, messaging, positioning, and launch execution to maximize adoption and impact.
Develop data‑driven insights to inform and refine product and marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
Craft compelling narratives and packaging to drive customer engagement, differentiation, and long‑term growth.
Empower sales and partnerships by creating training programs, customer‑facing content, and partner enablement assets that support revenue and adoption.
Lead competitive intelligence efforts, providing in‑depth analysis and strategic positioning to keep Circle ahead of the competition.
Steer high‑impact strategic initiatives, driving cross‑functional projects that shape the company’s direction and market influence.

Track record of impact – Direct product marketing experience with a history of driving rapid growth and adoption of innovative technologies.
Technical acumen and market insight – A deep understanding of platform services businesses, with the ability to navigate and articulate complex technical concepts.
Team builder and mentor – Proven ability to develop, coach, and scale a high‑performing, diverse, and global product marketing team to achieve results.
Executive presence and stakeholder influence – Ability to build strong relationships, influence cross‑functional teams, and align stakeholders at all levels.
Compelling communicator and storyteller – Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that showcase Circle’s vision and value to customers and prospects.
Base Pay Range: $232,500 - $290,000
