Syntax Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive online growth. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, have strong analytical skills, and be proficient in various digital marketing tools and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the website.
Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and alignment with overall business goals.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and execution.
Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, social media platforms, and content management systems.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team and collaborate with other departments.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Marketo.
Certification in Google Ads or Google Analytics.
