This is not a traditional administrative role. It is a high-impact position for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, anticipates needs before they arise, and takes ownership of complex, cross-functional responsibilities. Our CEO is a hands-on entrepreneur actively involved in acquisitions, construction, asset management, and strategic growth initiatives. The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted right hand. How Success is Measured: Improve efficiency by managing and gatekeeping schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling both internal and external communications. Streamline administrative functions by preparing documents, overseeing day-to-day office operations, and assisting with event planning. Improve the company's marketing and digital presence by developing and executing online marketing strategies across multiple platforms, managing social media, email campaigns, SEO, and content creation. Qualities Needed to Succeed: The ideal candidate is someone who: Demonstrates a high level of discretion and confidentiality Demonstrates a high level of spatial reasoning and organizational skills Operates with integrity, curiosity, and a problem‑solving mindset, always looking for ways to add value beyond the numbers Brings a team‑player attitude and collaborates seamlessly with all stakeholders, partners, and vendors Required Skills: 2+ years supporting a C‑suite position as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a small business 2+ years of end-to-end marketing and social media strategies for a small business 2+ years using Google Workspace including Google Calendar, Google Drive, etc. 1+ year of project management software experience (Asana, Monday, Trello, etc.) Seniority level
