About the Role In this role you will partner with the product owner and cross‑functional teams to support the successful global launch of a key initiative for bdbiosciences.com. You will lead projects aimed at improving customer experience across eBusiness channels—including web, e‑commerce, B2B, punchout, and other digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Work with product owner and functional leaders to ensure core team resources and external partners are committed to projects.

Develop detailed program/project execution plans; manage implementation processes including financials, progress tracking, metrics, change control, testing, release management, and on‑time delivery within budget constraints.

Provide overall communication and coordinate with all affected areas.

Drive the team to project completion, ensuring best‑in‑class product and service experiences.

Coordinate cross‑team dependencies; participate in Scrum of Scrums when applicable.

Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and reports to leadership.

Improve project workflows, documentation, and team productivity.

Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and better team coordination.

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.

Ensure Scrum events are efficient, valuable, and time‑boxed.

Facilitate and track UAT for major enhancements and projects.

Build a safe and trustful environment that emphasizes problem solving and psychological safety.

About You Highly organized, proficient at managing complex projects across multiple teams, with strong communication and collaboration skills. Comfortable working in an Agile environment as a Scrum Master, capable of removing obstacles, keeping projects on track, and ensuring seamless execution. Customer‑experience‑focused and adept at handling competing priorities in a fast‑paced global setting.

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field.

First or second level Scrum Master certification (CSM, ACSM, PSM I/II) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP).

At least 4 years of experience in technical project management, program management, or related technical roles.

Expert knowledge of JIRA and Confluence, with the ability to customize them based on project needs.

Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.

Experience with Lean design, accommodating changing requirements, iterations, loop feedback with customer involvement.

Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver technical solutions while mitigating or removing hurdles/obstacles.

Proven track record of overcoming project crisis.

Ability to lead cross‑functional leadership in a global, fast‑paced, matrix organization.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Ecommerce experience highly preferred.

Technical knowledge preferred.

Workplace BD prioritizes on‑site collaboration. Most roles require a minimum of 4 days in‑office per week, though remote or field‑based arrangements may vary.

Salary Range USD 78,000 – 159,500 (US Pacific Time, Full Time)
