Marketing Director The Marketing Director will report directly to the Executive Director of Brand Marketing and lead end‑to‑end marketing for one of the company's franchises. This leader will evaluate, reposition, and revitalize an exciting brand to unlock broader clinical adoption and relevance. This will act as both a strategist and operator, this leader will serve as a strategic hub across the organization and collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners in Medical Affairs, Sales, MLR, Product, Digital, and Training to build compelling value propositions, engagement strategies, and enablement tools. This leader will also help guide the successful launch and lifecycle management of key offerings.
This Director will initially operate as an ‘army of one’, owning the market development strategy in a hands‑on capacity.
However, they will not be alone—this role is fully embedded in a highly collaborative, cross‑functional environment, working closely with colleagues across Sales, Product, Clinical, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory, while also leveraging external agency partners and creative resources. Over time, this leader will have the opportunity to build and shape a small, high‑performing team to expand impact and support long‑term growth. In the near term, we are looking for someone scrappy, hands‑on, and ready to roll up their sleeves—a builder who thrives in fast‑paced, entrepreneurial settings and takes full ownership from strategy to execution.
Experience Required
HCP Marketing to physicians within diagnostics, pharma, or related industry
