Hybrid: Remote Monday & Friday; Onsite Tuesday–Thursday
Full-time preferred (40 hrs/week), but flexible for 20–30 hrs/week
Engagement:
6 months, with possibility of extension or conversion to permanent

The Marketing & Business Development Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the growth of the organization’s custom executive education programs. This position bridges marketing execution and business development efforts, ensuring that programs gain visibility, leads are nurtured, and relationships with past and potential clients are strengthened. The role requires expertise in content creation, campaign management, and proposal support to drive engagement and new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Work within a
centralized marketing communications team , overseeing strategy and execution
Provide
marketing support for the business development team
(approx. 30% of the role)
Execute strategic projects and campaigns
Build
nurture email workflows , templates, and acquisition emails
Manage
social media , especially LinkedIn (including paid media acquisition)
Develop
support materials
for proposals (3 business developers)
Gather faculty bios and create sample program schedules
Proofread proposals and ensure accuracy (e.g., page numbers)
Hands‑on involvement in projects
Requirements:
Experience:
3–4 years.
Background:
Strong B2B
marketing experience
Entrepreneurial and tech experience is a plus
Nonprofit background could work well
Skills:
Strong writing and attention to detail
Ability to learn quickly
Comfortable with implementation and execution tasks
