Job Description
Interacting with design engineering (digital, analog, mixed‑signal), verification, and validation teams to ensure smooth handoffs and resolve challenges with program risks
Reporting program status, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior leaders in engineering and product groups
Managing change requests, balancing requirements with technical feasibility
Working with partners to align roadmaps and product schedules
Qualifications
20+ years of professional experience in project and/or program management (15 years acceptable)
Experience managing hardware design projects in the semiconductor industry
Background in technical program management, design engineering, validation engineering, or verification engineering
Experience building relationships and communicating with customers
Experience managing different phases of long‑term projects/programs – design, testing, production
Highly technical, experience working closely with global engineering teams
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or a related field
Additional Information The expected annual base pay range for this position is $195,000–$244,000. This position is also eligible for bonus opportunities. Final offer amount will depend on geographic location, applicable experience, and skill set of the candidate.
