Amazon Connect is revolutionizing how businesses interact with their customers, and as a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of this transformation. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the go-to-market strategy for one of the fastest‑growing cloud contact center solutions in the industry.
Key Job Responsibilities
Craft & develop compelling stories and content (e.g., presentations, whitepapers, infographics, webinars, customer success stories, product videos) that land our value proposition.
Have a solid understanding of Amazon Connect customers, our product, and the market more broadly.
Regularly engage with customers, analysts, and partners to drive advocacy.
Plan and execute marketing initiatives at events to showcase Amazon Connect innovation, messaging, content, keynotes, and breakout sessions.
Work closely with AWS field teams to maintain internal sales hubs with the latest resources, value propositions, and sales enablement content.
Partner with other marketing teams (e.g., web content, campaigns, demand generation, field teams, and events) to drive and execute on global marketing initiatives.
Continuously measure and improve product marketing initiatives.
Basic Qualifications
6+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experience.
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).
Experience building, executing, and scaling cross‑functional marketing programs.
Experience leading go‑to‑market for consumer software or hardware product launches.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using SQL or other analytical tools for data analysis.
Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year to $212,600/year. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign‑on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
