Senior UX Designer
Contract, 1+ year
Hybrid, 2x a week (once in Minneapolis, MN and once in Brooklyn Park, MN)
Position Overview As a UX Designer on the internal tools team, you’ll help shape intuitive, efficient tools that support how products move from concept to shelf. This role is for a hands‑on designer who thrives on execution and evaluation. You’ll use strong UX methods to translate user insights into elegant, usable experiences and to ensure the tools we deliver genuinely solve the right problems.

Create UX artifacts such as user flows, information architectures, wireframes, and problem statements.
Plan and track your work in Jira, collaborating closely with cross‑functional partners in Product and Engineering.
Design with rigor — minding details beyond the happy path, including error states, edge cases, and data variability.
Use data to analyze how users interact with existing experiences and identify pain points or opportunities.
Test design concepts and prototypes with users to gather feedback and validate assumptions.
