Read on if you're a designer who wants to ship real interfaces, own problems end-to-end, and hit the ground running.

Humanity needs a defense layer against increasingly intelligent machines around us. Without it, the systems and devices we rely on can—and will—turn against us.

Join Sweep to help design that layer and safeguard the freedoms that let people live, work, travel, create, and operate in a rapidly shifting world.

About the role As our

UI/UX Designer (New Grad) , you'll design interfaces that are already used by some of the world's highest-stakes teams — from decision-makers and elite market-movers to frontline journalists, chart-topping artists, record-breaking athletes, and history-bending scientists.

Together, we'll define what cyber-physical security looks and feels like for the AI age.

Why You Should Join

Mission & Impact - Design with the intensity of Bletchley Park—high stakes, rapid tempo, and no room for ambiguity. Your work will be used in environments you'll never discuss, but never forget.

Innovation Ground‑Zero - Design at the frontier of spatial interfaces, maps, real-time alerts, and data-dense systems. This is not marketing design. It's operational design.

Early Ownership - You'll be one of the first designers. Work hand‑in‑hand with our CEO and Head of Engineering to define how Sweep looks, feels, and behaves as it scales.

Ability to reason about clarity, hierarchy, and error states under pressure.

Comfort designing complex, information‑dense interfaces.

Willingness to learn SwiftUI and prototype in needed.

Startup urgency: independent, accountable, relentless execution.

U.S. Person status required (may involve export‑controlled data).

Nice‑to‑Have

Experience with Framer, Mapbox, or spatial UI tools.

Motion design and micro‑interactions for iOS.

Familiarity with iOS Human Interface Guidelines.

Portfolio showing real products, not just class projects.

Compensation Base salary for this position is up to $100,000 annually, depending on your qualifications, experience, and impact. Total compensation also includes equity, premium insurance, and individual benefits.
