Content Manager
Hybrid (Austin, TX) - 4 days in office/1 day remoteThe Staff Pad has partnered with a high-performing law firm to hire a Content Manager who will serve as the voice of the firm across digital platforms.
Responsibilities
Own and execute an editorial calendar focused on content that drives clients and referrals
Create and manage social media content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X/Threads, and LinkedIn
Execute and optimize email campaigns and automated flows
Track platform performance and optimize content accordingly
Partner with the SEO Manager to develop content that increases traffic and conversions
Plan and execute content production with firm leadership and attorneys
Coordinate and manage freelancers for writing, video, and graphic production
Support public relations initiatives as needed
Recommend and lead new content-based projects and initiatives
Qualifications & Experience
2+ years of experience building and executing content calendars
Proven ability to grow engagement and performance on social media
Portfolio demonstrating content ideation through execution
Data-driven mindset with a strong grasp of content performance metrics
Ability to capture and maintain a consistent brand voice
Experience researching and editing legal or professional services content (preferred)
Strong organizational skills and ability to repurpose existing content creatively
Compensation & Benefits
$85,000–$115,000 depending on experience
20 days PTO plus 10 paid holidays
