Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of creative development and execution of brand strategy to produce a positive customer experience that drives revenue.
- Ensure adherence to all policies and standards that reinforce the organization’s branding strategy and quality goals across all Fay and Genstone brands.
- Monitor daily work progress and resolve issues to meet all production timelines.
- Manage both internal and external design resources and collaborate strongly with business unit leaders, cross‑functional approvers, and the entire Marketing Team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, communication, public relations, within mortgage, financial services, or real‑estate company.
- Proven track record of developing and executing creative marketing strategies across multiple channels.
- Experience supporting creative departments/graphic design teams.
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience leading/managing an effective team.
- Direct‑to‑consumer experience required; B2B design experience strongly preferred.
- General understanding of digital and print production processes.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent web development skills, including WordPress and Wix, and experience developing public‑facing content.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite applications.
- Experience with Canva or other web‑based design platforms.
- Working knowledge of CSS, HTML5, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Email/CRM systems (Total Expert, Salesforce, Klaviyo, Hubspot, or similar) for email design.
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast‑paced workplace environment.
- Familiarity with Project Management Software (Monday.com, JIRA, etc.) to manage project workflow.
- Familiarity with AI Tools to aid in design and copywriting tasks.
- Strong planning and project management skills with a history of successful execution of plans.
- Effective at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Client‑focused with strong execution skills and results orientation.
- Effective management skills to include assisting with talent selection, training, coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships across the organization.
- Strong listening skills with the ability to facilitate meetings and effectively lead discussions.

Compensation
- The hiring range for this position is between $95,000.00 and $115,000.00 annually.
- This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
