Influencer Partnerships Specialist (f/m/d)
The Influencer Partnerships Specialist is a key member of Awin’s Influencer Partnerships team, dedicated to managing the day-to-day relationships between influencers and the brands we support. This role focuses on executing and optimizing always‑on influencer programs and short-term campaign activations, ensuring creators are properly onboarded, supported, and equipped to deliver high‑performing content. The Specialist will work closely with the broader US team to streamline communication between creators and brands, track campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and help drive the overall success of each program. This is a high‑impact opportunity to strengthen Awin Group’s influencer offering in the US and contribute meaningfully to the success of multiple brand programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily communication with influencers, ensuring they have the instructions, assets, deadlines, and support needed for both always‑on programs and short‑term campaigns.
- Serve as a client‑facing partner, presenting performance updates, key insights, and recommendations during check‑ins, reporting calls, and campaign reviews.
- Support brand teams with strategic insights, offering clear explanations of performance trends, creator behaviour, and opportunities to optimise upcoming activations.
- Run, analyse, and scrub affiliate data to ensure accuracy across tracking, commissions, deliverables, and revenue attribution.
- Monitor tracking links and payment eligibility, ensuring influencers are correctly attributed for their performance and escalating discrepancies to the appropriate internal teams.
- Oversee influencer onboarding and activation, including tracking link setup, code distribution, deliverable alignment, and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Track performance across creator portfolios, identifying trends, potential issues, and opportunities for improvement, and sharing actionable insights with both internal teams and clients.
- Respond promptly to influencers via email, support tickets, or other channels to resolve questions and troubleshooting issues.
- Compile, QA, and deliver performance reports, ensuring accuracy of data and clarity of insight.
- Coordinate program logistics, including content deadlines, tracking link verification, revising deliverables, managing gifting, and ensuring creators meet all program requirements.
- Act as a liaison between creators and brand stakeholders, ensuring aligned communication, smooth collaboration, and timely resolution of outstanding items.
- Maintain thorough documentation, including creator statuses, activation progress, link tracking, and program notes.
- Contribute to internal and external materials, such as case studies, creator guides, pitch decks, and curated influencer lists.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal Awin teams (account management, operations, data science, and product) to ensure seamless execution of influencer initiatives.
Experience
- 2–4 years of account management experience within the influencer marketing industry, with a strong understanding of creator workflows, campaign execution, and brand communication.
- Experience with affiliate marketing (minimum 1 year ideal but not required) including understanding of tracking links, commissions, and performance‑driven creator programmes.
- Hands‑on experience using SaaS platforms, such as CreatorIQ, Aspire, Grin, Tagger, or similar influencer/creator management tools.
- Proficiency with project management and analytics tools, such as Asana, Tableau, Salesforce, SimilarWeb, or Power BI.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis, reporting, and campaign performance tracking.

- Proficiency with MS Office suite, specifically MS Excel, and willingness to learn new technology systems.

Compensation Range: $60,000–70,000 USD
