Job Summary The Media Director will lead our media strategy and execution, collaborating with agency teams and central media resources, ensuring integrated media solutions across all partnerships. Responsibilities Approach media plans from a holistic media perspective, putting the strategy first. Assist in delivery of media strategy consultancy to internal agency staff and client teams. Collaborate with data science to identify optimal ways to promote and sell offerings. Continuously improve our offerings and scale appropriately. Essential Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of progressively senior experience in planning and buying multichannel media. Strategic proficiency in programmatic, ad operations, NPP or biddable media on the sales, agency, or ad tech side. Pharmaceutical industry experience. Desired Qualifications Excellent presentation skills and a proven record of successful client engagements. Exceptional organizational skills, ability to multi‑task, and strong attention to detail. Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
