We are seeking a dynamic RN Aesthetics Injector / Laser Technician with Social Media Skills to join our innovative aesthetic practice. *Duties*
* Perform aesthetic procedures such as dermal fillers, botulinum toxin injections, Kybella, PRP/PRF, and laser treatments with precision and care.
* Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and skin evaluations, ensuring safe treatment plans.
* Educate clients on treatment options, post-procedure care, and skincare routines to maximize results and satisfaction.
* Manage social media platforms by creating engaging content, sharing before-and-after photos, and responding to inquiries to boost practice visibility.
* Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinic policies.
* Operate advanced laser equipment safely, adhering to aseptic techniques and safety protocols.
* Collaborate with the team to develop marketing strategies that highlight aesthetic services and promote client engagement.
*Requirements*
* Valid RN license with current registration; 2-3 year experience in aesthetics or dermatology required.
* Proven expertise in administering botulinum toxin treatments and dermal fillers; certification is highly desirable.
* Experience working with laser technology for skin rejuvenation or hair removal; esthetic laser treatment certification is a plus.
* Strong social media skills with the ability to create compelling content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
* Knowledge of medical terminology related to dermatology and aesthetics.
* Excellent communication skills to educate clients effectively and foster positive relationships.
