Graphic Designer | Global Marketing Organization
We’re looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join a dynamic business and marketing team. If you have 5+ years of professional design experience and enjoy creating high-impact visuals for digital platforms and executive audiences, this is a strong opportunity with potential for long-term growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Design high-quality visual assets for digital marketing, email, social media, banner ads, and executive presentations
- Translate business and marketing strategies into compelling visual stories
- Support and enhance established product and brand portfolios
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and regulatory standards
- Collaborate closely with marketing, business, and stakeholder teams
- Leverage design tools, including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI design platforms
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design (business or marketing environment preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; motion/video a plus)
- Solid understanding of branding, marketing principles, and visual storytelling
- Experience with branding projects such as email campaigns, social media, and digital ads
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas to stakeholders
- Pharma or regulated-industry experience preferred, but open to all industries

📍 Location: Morristown, NJ (Hybrid)
💵 Pay: $49 – $51/hour.
