We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and detail‑oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our growing SaaS Division, supporting brands: ArrowStream, InsideTrack, and Back Office. The role will execute a variety of growth‑marketing and digital‑marketing initiatives, coordinate cross‑channel campaigns, and support lead generation and brand awareness for the division. Remote work This position is remote with occasional onsite days in the office to collaborate with the team. Responsibilities Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, content, paid advertising, and SEO/SEM initiatives. Support growth‑marketing efforts by coordinating demand‑generation campaigns, lead nurturing, and other activities aimed at customer acquisition and retention. Create, organize, and manage content for marketing channels such as website updates, blog posts, case studies, and social‑media platforms. Collaborate with the design team to develop marketing materials such as graphics, promotional content, and product collateral. Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, track key metrics, and suggest improvements. Plan and coordinate virtual and in‑person events, webinars, and trade‑shows that promote SaaS Division products. Manage marketing automation systems (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, ZoomInfo) to execute email campaigns, track leads, and measure performance. Ensure all marketing content is consistent with the brand voice and aligned with business objectives. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging best practices. Maintain campaign dashboards, track lead‑generation metrics, and identify optimization trends. Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, vendor coordination, and other duties as needed. Assist in managing and tracking marketing budgets across the three brands. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B and/or SaaS. Basic understanding of digital marketing channels: social media, SEO, email marketing, paid media. Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms. Strong project‑management and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proactive, can‑do attitude and willingness to learn and grow. Familiarity with CMS and CRM platforms is a plus. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
