You’ll work on everything from antennas and amplifiers to filters, couplers, and transceivers—supporting microwave, DAS, LMR, and PTP/PMP applications. What You’ll Do Design and test high‑frequency RF and microwave systems Collaborate across teams to integrate RF subsystems into full network solutions Troubleshoot, optimize, and innovate new approaches to performance and efficiency What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field) 3+ years of RF/microwave design and testing experience Strong knowledge of propagation, impedance matching, and RF measurement tools Bonus points if you’ve worked with LTE/5G, Wi‑Fi, microwave, or DAS systems—or with hardware from Nokia, Motorola, Cambium, or Commscope.
