We are seeking a senior-level consultant with extensive experience in Change Management and Organizational Design. The ideal candidate will also have experience in functional integration. Responsibilities include collaborating with various stakeholders to develop an organizational blueprint following an acquisition. This role involves hands-on work with minimal support from other consultants.
