We are seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketing Director to lead our clients paid media initiatives and oversee light traditional marketing efforts. This role will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth across digital and select traditional channels. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and experienced in scaling paid campaigns while understanding the broader marketing mix.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across channels, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, programmatic display, YouTube, TikTok, and other emerging platforms.
  • Manage paid media budgets to maximize ROI, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Optimize campaigns using data‑driven insights, A/B testing, and audience segmentation.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.
  • Analyze performance metrics, generate actionable insights, and report on KPIs to senior leadership.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop integrated marketing campaigns that complement both digital and traditional channels.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all paid media initiatives.

Traditional Media Oversight (Light)

  • Collaborate with team on traditional marketing campaigns, such as print, radio, outdoor, and direct mail.
  • Monitor performance of traditional media campaigns and integrate insights into digital strategy where appropriate.
  • Ensure alignment of messaging, targeting, and creative across all channels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi‑million‑dollar paid media budgets.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, etc.).
  • Experience with traditional media marketing is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
