About the Role We are seeking a colleague to join the Wealth Management Integrated Marketing Strategy team, reporting to the Head of Cross‑Segment Marketing and Innovation. In this role, you will work across the cross‑segment marketing team and work on projects including virtual client events, rewards program, marketing governance, and AI initiatives.
Responsibilities
Drive programs across the team inclusive of virtual client events, rewards, cross‑segment marketing ad‑hoc projects (e.g., specialty segments) and AI and innovation‑related initiatives
Be a natural self‑starter and serve as the master connector to drive cross‑segment initiatives forward
Foster strong, trusted and deep relationships and partnerships across Procurement and Sourcing, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Technology Business Development, Analytics & Data, Technology and Marketing colleagues
Build and maintain an integrated innovation transformation roadmap, with clear milestones and outcomes, aligned across Product, Data, Technology, and Marketing teams and successfully project manage to completion
Define and track KPIs for AI success in the Wealth Management Marketing team, in partnership with leaders and business partners
Partner with teams to reimagine workflows with AI to eliminate bottlenecks and unlock ROI
Partner with colleagues within the team and provide counsel to drive upskilling and adoption of AI related competencies (e.g., prompt‑a‑thons, prompt libraries, agent building, overall AI usage in everyday roles)
Knowledge and Skills Required
5‑7 years experience in marketing, technology, and/or AI
Experience and proficiency in basic agent building and effective prompt architecture
Natural passion for AI and voracious learner on AI trends and info‑sharing
Bridge builder with ability to work across teams, build relationships and trust
Self‑motivated and detail‑oriented, with the ability to thrive in complex business environments
Strong executive presence with flawless interpersonal, written and presentation communication skills
Excellent organizational and analytical capabilities
Strong knowledge of AI landscape
FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) credentials, a plus

Pay and Benefits Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $110,000 and $190,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long‑term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
