The

Executive Producer, Print/Digital Studio

is a leadership level position that manages artist talent and resourcing, identifies new category capabilities, and maintains an effective and up‑to‑date workflow model. This role succeeds by looking to the future for new tools, technology and production methodologies to enhance scalable content delivery.

Responsibilities

Manage display production studio services across scaled content delivery.

Work with project leads and Director of Display to identify right artist talent and capabilities.

Build and resource display artist teams around upcoming and active projects.

Lead production pipeline between display production capabilities and services.

Manage project and workflow connectivity between onshore and offshore offices.

Advise on display capabilities and project cost estimates with Project Executive Producer.

Review and advise on key project creative throughout lifetime of production.

Manage and keep artist resource tracking up to date in production management portals.

Maintain display production connectivity between artists tools, workflow and tech.

Develop and implement new ways of working to improve and modernize display pipeline.

Act as point of escalation to project challenges and lead solution‑based resolutions.

Work with Director of Display to overcome challenges and report on resource spending.

Support training for new display artists and provide solutions to their project needs.

Actively participate in sourcing new artist freelance talent and work with HR to identify candidates.

Create forecasts to future scaling or down periods for display production team.

Manage external vendor relationships for project collaboration where needed.

Support and implementation of company policies and adhere to best practices.

Qualifications

10+ years in a production environment.

3+ years in a managerial role.

Deep understanding in display production and omnichannel content delivery.

Excellent time management skills and verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to think critically and progressively to find creative solutions for any problem.

Positive and professional attitude.

Organized and works well under tight and changing deadlines.

Has managed more than 10 team members.

Efficient problem solver in a studio environment.

Well organized with a keen eye for technical processes.

*This role is based in the Chicago office 4 days per week and 1 day remote.

US Pay Range

$130,000 - $160,000 USD
