Role Summary

We are seeking an Incentives Program Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day execution and operational continuity across multiple incentive and campaign programs during a maternity leave. This is a highly executional, coordination-focused role responsible for keeping campaigns, financial workflows, and documentation on track.

The role partners closely with Campaign Operations, Product/Tech, Finance, and Commercial teams to ensure on-time delivery, accurate tracking, and smooth cross-functional communication . This position is not strategic or client-facing —it is focused on execution, organization, and process discipline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate execution across incentive programs including BCC, TDC, SSE, EMOD, and Push
  • Manage campaign intake, creative reviews, QA steps, and delivery timelines
  • Maintain campaign trackers, SOPs, and shared documentation
  • Support cross-functional communication and resolve day-to-day operational questions
  • Provide logistical and documentation support for a major program kickoff (meeting coordination, notes, trackers, summaries)
  • Support financial tracking and billing workflows, including reconciliation prep and QA
  • Surface discrepancies early and maintain organized financial documentation
  • Compile campaign data, creative examples, and results for internal case studies
  • Track performance metrics, document learnings, and support operational reporting
  • Handle miscellaneous operations tasks (inbox monitoring, updates, follow-ups)

Required Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in campaign execution, project coordination, or marketing operations
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple timelines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and process accuracy
  • Experience working cross-functionally with operations, tech, finance, and commercial teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with Salesforce, Power BI, or similar tools a plus
  • Ability to ramp quickly in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Experience supporting financial tracking or billing processes preferred

What Success Looks Like

  • No disruption to campaign delivery during leave coverage
  • 100% on-time execution across owned incentive channels
  • <2% variance in financial reconciliation
  • Clear documentation to support a smooth transition upon return
