SUMMARY OVERVIEW The Sales and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales and marketing teams in their efforts to promote our range of airport ground support equipment. This role involves coordinating marketing campaigns, managing sales data, and assisting with the organization of promotional events and trade shows. You must possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Additionally, you will act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure that communications are aligned and that marketing materials effectively support sales objectives. - Assist in the development and execution of marketing and sales strategies to enhance product visibility and increase sales
- Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, and production managers to market products and services
- Prepare marketing materials, including brochures, emails, and presentations to communicate the features and benefits of the company's products
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and accessible client and prospect information
- Support the sales team by generating leads through research and networking, and track progress in the CRM system
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges for business development
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales efforts to help refine strategies
- Liaise between the sales team and other departments to ensure proper communication and alignment of goals
- Manage the logistics of product distribution, coordinating with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products
- Handle the administrative tasks associated with sales and marketing efforts, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing budgets
- Facilitate effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
- Assist with the creation and editing of content for various digital platforms including the company website, social media, and email campaigns
- Provide input into product development and pricing decisions based on feedback from market research and customer interaction
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines throughout all marketing materials and activities
- Assist in negotiating contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution and marketing services
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by management
- 18 years of age or older
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Must have a valid state-issued driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
- You have very strong customer service skills
- You have a great attention to detail
- You enjoy working with a team or individually to accomplish your tasks
- Like to build long term relationships with your customers
- Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in-person and through electronic means
- Pass a background check and drug screen
- Must be flexible to work extended hours on occasion to support our field operations
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Position is generally sedentary, sitting for long periods of time
- Be able to hear and respond to the spoken voice and to audible alarms
- Tasks may involve repetitive motions of the arms, wrists, hands and/or fingers
- Specific vision abilities required for this job include: Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less); distance vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more); peripheral vision (ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point); depth perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships); ability to adjust focus (ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus)
