**What You'll Do:**
  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing training and company protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence.
  • Monitor the premises for unusual activity and report any observed issues or concerns in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Assist with access control by verifying identification and permissions for individuals entering restricted areas within the location.
  • Document incidents, observations, and activities as required by Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.
  • Collaborate with other Allied Universal personnel and site staff to maintain a secure and welcoming environment for all occupants.
**Minimum Requirements:**
  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
