As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic tech and media location. **What You'll Do:**
  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, using good judgment to address various scenarios.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter, observing for any unusual activity and reporting findings as appropriate.
  • Help to deter unauthorized activity by maintaining a visible presence and being attentive to the environment.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff to provide assistance and relay information as required.
  • Document incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal protocols and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members and site management to support security-related operations and maintain a secure environment in a tech and media setting.
**Minimum Requirements:**
  • CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
