Overview

We are seeking a skilled Raymond Reach Truck Operator to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating reach trucks and other heavy equipment to facilitate the efficient movement of materials within the facility. This role requires attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols.

Must Haves:

Raymond Reach Truck skills will be tested during interview

Temp to hire for the right candidate, attendance and performance to be hired on permanently must be excellent.

Night Shift: 3:30PM-Finish, Monday-Friday

Must have 2 years of current Raymond Reach Truck.

Must have no gaps of unemployment - If so please update your resume to add why you were unemployed.

Not a controlled temp environment, Steel Toes Boots required

Responsibilities

• Operate Raymond reach trucks for loading and unloading materials.
• Wear a headset while operating reach truck to direct you where to go and what product to pick. System only speaks English.
• Perform order picking and ensure accurate fulfillment of shipping and receiving tasks.
• Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory movements.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure safe operation and compliance with OSHA standards.
• Assist in heavy lifting and materials handling as required by operational needs.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
• Follow all safety protocols while operating heavy equipment in a busy warehouse setting.

Skills

• Proven experience in warehouse distribution and operations.
• Familiarity with order picking processes and techniques.
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to warehouse machinery.
• Experience with shipping & receiving procedures in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and manage physical demands of the job.
• Understanding of materials handling best practices and safety regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $20.00 per hour
