Role Summary
The Senior Product Marketing Manager leads global marketing efforts for the ImmunoAssay portfolio within Bio-Techne's instrument-focused products. S/he develops and executes go-to-market strategies, drives customer engagement, and supports commercial success across key immunoassay product lines. This role requires cross-functional leadership and the ability to translate complex science into compelling messaging for researchers in academic, biotech, pharma, and clinical sectors. This position is fully remote.
Responsibilities
Develop and own the global marketing strategy for the immunoassay portfolio, aligned with business objectives.
Craft compelling value propositions, competitive positioning, and messaging frameworks.
Design, build and execute high-impact go-to-market campaigns to drive revenue growth in key customer segments such as immuno-oncology, cell and gene therapy, neuroscience, and drug development.
Lead the development and execution of strategic multi-channel integrated marketing plans to acquire, engage, retain, and grow customers.
Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
Translate customer needs into actionable insights for product and marketing decisions.
Serve as the global product and market expert, providing knowledge of market trends, competitive landscape, and success factors.
Lead campaign development for new product launches and demand generation with regional teams.
Collaborate with digital marketing, brand, and marcom teams to ensure execution of marketing programs.
Partner with R&D and product management to guide product development and lifecycle management.
Collaborate with product management and scientific applications teams to develop content (testimonials, seminars, webinars, posters, sales tools).
Develop and deliver product launch toolkits with messaging, training, and customer-facing materials.
Develop content across the marketing funnel; deploy via multiple channels aligned with customer journeys.
Maintain campaign KPI dashboards, perform pipeline analysis, and adjust tactics to maximize performance.
Manage marketing budgets and optimize promotional mix to achieve ROI.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry or related discipline; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
10 years of experience in the life sciences industry with at least 5 years in product marketing.
Experience in immunoassay product marketing; clinical or pre‑clinical sector experience highly desirable.
Skills
Ability to communicate the unique value of Bio-Techne products to life science researchers.
Ability to synthesize insights across customers, competitors, and markets to inform campaigns.
Experience developing multi‑channel, customer‑centric marketing programs and lead generation strategies.
