CoStar Real Estate Manager is a leading platform for lease accounting, lease administration and portfolio management. Visual Lease is the centralized system of record for all lease‑related financial, operational, and legal data, and is purpose‑built to support every team involved in managing a company’s leased and owned assets. The platform integrates lease management, lease accounting, and sustainability reporting, and helps organizations save time, reduce costs and support sustainability initiatives.

Job Description This is a full‑time onsite role that can be based out of our Woodbridge, NJ, or Atlanta, GA offices.

Responsibilities

Strategic Vision for your Product Area(s)

– Shape the product direction, create a north‑star vision, craft value propositions, articulate benefits and differentiators, align with company goals, and determine required resources.

Build a business case, design narratives, and engage senior leaders, customers, partners and stakeholders to secure alignment and sustain ownership.

Market Research & Stakeholder Input

– Conduct S, W, O, T analysis, understand customer pain points and expectations using tools such as Pendo, support cases and round tables, assess competitive landscape and anticipate regulatory, technical and market trends.

Own Your Roadmap

– Use data and user truth to prioritize features, partner with Product Owners, maintain a transparent, outcome‑oriented roadmap, and present it to stakeholders, clients and prospects.

Participate in engineering discussions, validate timelines and adjust priorities as new information emerges.

Customer‑Centric Development

– Define success metrics, collaborate with Designers and Product Owners, approve final designs, run iterative testing (prototypes, A/B, interviews), and leverage AI tooling to accelerate research while maintaining accuracy and security.

Ensure new features provide a seamless UX, regulatory compliance and high‑security standards and work with Product Marketing for launch adoption.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not‑for‑profit university or college.

5+ years of digital Product Management experience (or adjacent industry experience with a firm understanding of Product principles).

Proven track record of delivering industry‑leading software consumer products and solutions.

Experience partnering with product owners and engineering teams to build, test, and launch features.

Experience collaborating with design iteratively to balance product goals and customer experience.

Skilled at translating product ideas into wireframes, mock‑ups, workflow diagrams or journey maps.

Experience using SQL, Google Analytics, FullStory, PowerBI, Pendo or similar analytics tools to extract insights and evaluate product performance metrics.

Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical audiences.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

A track record of commitment to prior employers.

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of B2B SaaS Product Management experience or comparable technical product experience.

Experience planning and launching A/B or multivariate experiments to optimize features and drive KPIs.

Experience in commercial real estate, equipment leasing, or financial accounting.

Experience integrating enterprise‑level applications into broader solutions with strong interoperability and data flow.

Familiarity with building data‑powered consumer experiences.

Passion for identifying and leveraging new technologies, such as AI, to enhance platform capabilities.

Experience using research tools such as LogRocket, Maze, UserTesting, UserZoom, Dovetail, and Pendo.

Professional attitude toward seeing projects to completion and excitement for moving quickly on new ideas.

Competitive base salary range of $125,000‑$169,000 based on skills and experience.
