Principal Product Marketing Manager, Auth0 (AI) Okta is The World's Identity Company. We free everyone to safely use any technology, anywhere, on any device or app. Our flexible and neutral products, Okta Platform and Auth0 Platform, provide secure access, authentication, and automation, placing identity at the core of business security and growth.

At Okta, we celebrate a variety of perspectives and experiences. We are not looking for someone who checks every single box – we're looking for lifelong learners and people who can make us better with their unique experiences. Join our team! We're building a world where Identity belongs to you.

The Opportunity Auth0 technology is an easy-to-implement authentication and authorization platform designed by developers for developers. We make access to applications safe, secure, and seamless for the more than 100 million daily logins around the world. Our modern approach to identity enables this Tier 0 global service to deliver convenience, privacy, and security so customers can focus on innovation.

AI agents are changing how apps are built. But they introduce new challenges: how agents authenticate, act on behalf of users, and access sensitive data securely. Auth0 for AI Agents (Auth for GenAI) is our answer. It's a new product line in Developer Preview that brings authentication, authorization, and trust to AI‑powered experiences.

We're seeking a Principal Product Marketing Manager with deep technical roots to own GTM for Auth0's AI portfolio - starting with Auth for GenAI and expanding into future AI‑driven products. If you're a product marketer with a computer science or engineering background (or a product manager who has led technical launches), this is a unique opportunity to help define a new category at the intersection of AI, security, and developer experience.

What You'll Be Doing

Own the technical narrative: translate identity and AI concepts (OAuth/OIDC, RAG, MCP servers, fine‑grained authorization) into positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.

Partner closely with Product and Engineering: serve as the product marketing lead who understands architecture decisions, technical roadmaps, and development requirements.

Lead GTM for emerging products: design and execute launches, from Developer Preview through GA, ensuring adoption with enterprise developers and buy‑in from execs.

Create technical proof points: build demos, sample apps, SDK showcases, and solution briefs that prove value to builders and technical decision makers.

Enable the field: arm sales, SEs, and partners with technically credible materials including battle cards, demo flows, and reference architectures.

Represent Auth0 externally: speak at conferences, engage with analysts, and contribute to blogs or webinars where deep technical credibility is expected.

Measure impact: define adoption, pipeline, and win‑rate metrics for AI products and use data to refine strategy.

What You'll Bring

Education/Background: Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field strongly preferred.

Experience: 8+ years in product marketing, product management, or related technical GTM roles in SaaS/enterprise software. Direct experience launching AI‑enabled products preferred.

AI fluency: Knowledge of LLMs, agentic workflows, RAG architectures, and common AI developer frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, GenKit).

Identity/security knowledge: Familiarity with OAuth/OIDC, authorization models, and security best practices for developers.

Technical storytelling: Ability to communicate complex technical concepts simply and persuasively to developers and executive buyers.

Hands‑on builder mindset: Comfortable with SDKs, APIs, and technical demos to validate and showcase value.

Cross‑functional leadership: Track record of driving GTM across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.

Benefits

Health, dental, and vision insurance.

401(k) with company match.

Flexible spending account.

Paid leave: PTO, parental leave.

Equity where applicable.

Comprehensive total rewards program.

Compensation On‑Target Earnings (OTE) ranges vary by location:

San Francisco Bay Area: $187,000 – $281,000 USD.

California (outside Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York and Washington: $167,000 – $251,000 USD.

Why Join Us With Auth0 for AI Agents, we’re defining how identity powers the next wave of applications. This is your chance to shape a new product line, influence an emerging market, and set the standard for secure, trusted AI experiences.
