JOB DESCRIPTION TMZ is seeking a Senior Web Producer to lead and manage our Web Edit team. The ideal candidate will be a pop culture enthusiast with the ability to identify newsworthy video content from a variety of sources, including YouTube, TV, podcasts, and social media. As Senior Web Producer you will be responsible for producing compelling video content for TMZ’s website and social platforms. This role requires a creative self‑starter with exceptional editorial judgment and a knack for storytelling.

Responsibilities

Lead Web Edit team, providing content for TMZ’s web and social platforms

Identify, pitch, and develop compelling stories

Sourcing and verifying video assets

Collaborate closely with News, Sports, and Production teams

Provide videos for distribution to affiliates and other outlets

Requirements

Expert in social media with the ability to navigate trending news and pop culture

Experience in Adobe Premiere and Photoshop, a plus

Interest in current events and trends

Strong editorial judgment

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $85,000.00–$95,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
