About the Team The Retail Bank Marketing team is expanding, with a focus on delivering outstanding marketing experiences. Critical to this endeavor is the Marketing Technology that powers these experiences. This role, Manager of Product Management for Incentive Interfaces, spearheads a key component of the marketing technology and is essential for achieving the desired marketing outcomes.
This highly collaborative and user‑centric position involves defining optimizations for marketer and associate user interfaces so that marketing operations and service is frictionless. The individual will work closely with business strategists, designers, marketers, and leaders to inform the backlog of optimizations for marketer and associate experiences. Additionally, this role will coordinate with a dedicated software development team to implement these optimizations.

Basic Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
Currently has or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
A Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
A Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Preferred Qualifications
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products
Experience in marketing or degree in marketing
Deep understanding of use case gathering, analysis and prioritization methodologies

Salary Range McLean, VA: $158,400 - $180,800 for Manager, Product Management
New York, NY: $172,800 - $197,200 for Manager, Product Management
Wilmington, DE: $144,000 - $164,400 for Manager, Product Management
This role is also eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non‑discretionary depending on the plan.
