Lead the implementation of omni-channel promotion capabilities across the enterprise Design and build full-stack solutions leveraging AI-based tools and software engineering best practices Collaborate with architects and technical leads to contribute to system design and architecture Monitor and resolve issues proactively to minimize business impact Mentor engineers through code reviews and design sessions What is Required (Qualifications):
8+ years of hands‑on experience in planning, designing, developing, and delivering enterprise solutions 8+ years of strong experience with Java/J2EE, Spring, and Spring Boot frameworks 6+ years of experience in designing and managing RESTful APIs using JSON 4+ years of experience in designing cloud-based applications using microservices architecture Experience with full‑stack development, including front‑end technologies such as JavaScript and React How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with the Talon.One promo engine tool Familiarity with AI developer tools like GitHub Copilot and Claude Code Experience working in the retail industry with large-scale enterprise organizations Knowledge of monitoring and alerting tools such as Splunk and Nagios Familiarity with queueing and streaming solutions like Kafka \"We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
