Short‑term incentive target: 10% of base. Average annual benefits valued at $23,000.
What You’ll Be Brewing
Assist in building portfolio of brands at the Management Unit level by driving positioning locally through activation, media, and retail programs.
Create strong customer relationships with region sales teams, distributors, and alliance partners to ensure execution of national and local brand plans.
Assist the Field Marketing Manager and Management Unit leadership in executing 3‑year strategic plan and alliance roadmap.
Execute and activate support plans against portfolio of priority brands, national packaging innovations, and local promotional packaging opportunities from creative briefing to point‑of‑sale execution.
Accountable to FMM and MU leadership on maximizing regional investment and activation support, including ticket management, PO management, local radio partnership lead, sampling, event management and on‑site activation execution.
Work in‑market regularly to evaluate effectiveness of plans and identify opportunities that make Molson Coors Beverage Company the first choice for customers and consumers.
Key Ingredients
Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or related field; consumer‑product experience preferred.
Ability to complete complex projects quickly and adeptly while understanding business priorities.
Strong relationships and collaboration skills to achieve outcomes.
Accountability for results; act with integrity and honor commitments.
