Responsibilities Lead and manage teams through all phases of design – planning, execution, and closeout consistent with established project delivery processes to meet the scope, schedule, budget, quality as well as client expectations
Manage and coordinate between multi-disciplinary teams for a holistic delivery of industrial water design deliveries
Must be highly organized with attention to detail
Interface with clients on multi-disciplinary design decisions
Be accountable for successfully completing projects to the satisfaction of the project manager, clients, and key stakeholders, while ensuring Jacobs’ health and safety, quality, financial, project delivery, and risk management expectations are met
Contribute to the development of the Industrial Water Market Strategy that delivers leading-edge technology solutions for our clients
Demonstrate leadership by example with integrity and candor in support of Jacobs Culture of Caring
Experience with large-scale Industrial Water projects is a plus
Experience with design/build, progressive design build, CMAR, or other collaborative delivery methods is a plus
Qualifications BS or MS Degree in Engineering or other engineering discipline with a focus on water/wastewater systems
Minimum 10 years engineering experience, with at least 5 years managing multidiscipline design teams
Construction background is applicable
Ideally, here’s what you’ll also have
PE License or ability to obtain
Experience with Design-Build and/or other collaborative delivery methods

The base salary range for this position is $138,000.00 to $190,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and factors including job-related skills and experience.
