Kforce has a Fintech client in San Francisco, CA that is seeking a SEO Manager - LLM Search for a fully remote role. As our SEO leader, you will scale a world‑class, multi‑geo content program that drives measurable growth across awareness, acquisition, and product consideration. You'll own the strategy for international articles and video content‑plus emerging formats–and build the systems and workflows that make SEO content operations fast, repeatable, and consistently excellent.
Global Content Strategy & Roadmap
Own the international content roadmap (articles, videos, interactive content, visual assets, audio, webinars, UGC) across priority markets; align topics and formats to GTM objectives and program growth targets
Coordinate global + local strategies to define repeatable processes for localization, translation, and regional publishing
Creation, Optimization, and Distribution
Convert customer pain points into keyword strategies and editorial briefs; guide writers and creators from ideation to final delivery, ensuring brand voice, message architecture
Lead on‑page and content architecture improvements (internal linking, metadata, structured data) and light technical SEO prioritization; partner directly with engineers on opportunities
Drive multi‑channel promotion and distribution (owned, earned, partner, and video platforms) to amplify reach and accelerate ranking velocity
AI/LLM‑enhanced Content Operations
Design and govern LLM‑assisted workflows (e.g., topic discovery, outline/brief generation, competitive gap analysis, QA checklists) using tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity, with quality guardrails and bias/brand controls
Collaborate with Data Science/Engineering to evaluate LLM outputs, integrate telemetry, and quantify ROI of AI‑accelerated production
Requirements
6+ years of experience creating and executing SEO strategy, with 1+ years in‑house enterprise SEO
CMS proficiency (3+ years), with a clear POV on UX‑to‑SEO connections; Contentful experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to build a compelling content roadmap: pain‑point discovery, keyword research, briefs, shipped content that meets growth and GTM objectives
Strong grasp of content's impact on business metrics and user outcomes; familiarity with influenced attribution, MMM, and incrementality testing highly preferred
Experience across formats beyond text/video: interactive, visual, audio, webinars, UGC
Proven ability to oversee and optimize content production workflows in cross‑functional environments; high attention to detail; consistent quality bar
International SEO expertise (global‑local coordination, hreflang) and multilingual literacy in German, French, Japanese, Italian, and/or Spanish
Intermediate technical SEO; comfortable partnering with software engineers
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
Strong experience in performance reporting; hands‑on with Google Analytics (GA4), Looker, Tableau, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, YouTube Studio, vidIQ; advanced Docs/Sheets/Slides/Excel skills
LLM/AI affinity from a marketing/SEO/content perspective; practical experience leveraging ChatGPT and Perplexity
Preferred Qualifications
B2B SEO experience (strongly preferred); familiarity with payments, fintech, billing, accounting, tax, startups, enterprise, platforms
Experience with localization/translation workflows and vendor management
Understanding of web UX/design and how design systems influence SEO
SQL proficiency for data pulls; experience with telemetry and web analytics instrumentation in partnership with Engineering
Compensation and Benefits
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
