Are you ready to lead the charge in transforming the landscape of Immuno‑Oncology? As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of brand development and marketing execution for our IO commercial strategy. This pivotal role involves collaborating with cross‑functional partners to drive market‑shaping activities and ensure commercial success across our IO franchise. Based at our Gaithersburg, MD campus, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain consistency in key HCP promotions. Accountabilities

  • Lead implementation of HCP personal, non‑personal, and peer‑to‑peer marketing strategies in the U.S. market, setting our brand apart in a competitive environment.
  • Support the creation of both branded and unbranded HCP campaign strategies to support key education initiatives, focusing on opportunities that enable orchestration across channels and functions.
  • Engage with field teams to capture local insights informing promotional messaging, tools, and resources.
  • Manage partner agency relationships, workflow, and related project budgets to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with peer indication leads across the U.S. to maximize strategic alignment and executional pull‑through.
  • Collaborate with legal, regulatory, medical, and compliance stakeholders to ensure development and execution of compliant marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in the identification, evaluation, and adoption of new partnerships and technologies.

Essential Skills/Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 3+ years’ experience in the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry with experience in one or more of the following: managed markets, brand marketing, sales, market research/analytics, strategic planning.
  • Experience with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) regulations, reviews and processes.
  • Prior in‑line HCP marketing experience.
  • High emotional intelligence with a collaborative, inclusive approach that drives team success.
  • Experience building and integrating new capabilities that are relevant for brand success.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex constructs.
  • Outstanding project management skills and experience managing multiple vendors, marketing partners, agency partners and budgets.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and projects.
  • Strong understanding of the legal and regulatory environment in pharmaceutical promotions, pharma industry guidelines, and other compliance‑related issues.
  • Experience working closely with field sales organizations to implement sales or marketing programs with measurable business impact.
  • Ability to lead without authority.
  • High capability at working collaboratively, thinking strategically and operating effectively in a rapidly evolving and competitive marketplace.
  • High ethical standards and personal integrity.

Desirable Skills/Experience

  • MBA in a relevant field.
  • Oncology or specialty care experience.
  • Experience across multiple promotional channels (Personal, Non‑Personal and Digital, Peer to Peer).
  • Product launch experience.
  • Customer‑facing experience.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual base pay range: $151,081.60–$226,622.40 USD.

Positions offer eligibility for incentives: short‑term incentive bonuses, equity‑based awards for salaried roles and commissions for sales roles.
