Responsibilities
- OverseethedevelopmentofthePaidSocialMediaTeam
- DriveonboardingofanyclientswithaSocialMediachanneltobeactivated
- Provideoversightonhowtobuild,scale,andoptimizecampaignsleveragingbestpractices
- EitherdirectlymanageindividualSocial-onlyaccountsorworkcollaborativelyaspartofaholisticmediaplanningteam
- Performtechnicalauditsfornewandexistingbusinessforpitchesandidentificationofadditionalopportunities
- ParticipateincrossfunctionaltraininginandoutsideoftheSocialDepartment,collaboratingwithDigital,Search,Creative,OrganicSocialandAccountServiceteamsonstrategyandresults
- CommunicatewithclientsdirectlyorviaAccountServicesaroundresults,tests,andneedsonaweekly,monthly,orquarterlybasis.
- Actastheliaisonwithouragencypartners–Facebook,Snapchat,Pinterest,LinkedIn,YouTube,Tik-Tok,andothers
- Coachtheteamonwriting/testingrelevantadcopy,creativeassets,andassistingwithlandingpageoptimization
- Provideon-goingupdatestothedepartmentonnewSocialtechnologyandplatforms,aswellasevolvingbestpracticesinthespace
- Developanddocumenttrainingtoassistcoachingteammembers
- Serveasanescalationpointforoperationaland/orclientneeds
Qualifications
- 8-10yearsofexperiencedevelopingstrategicPaidSocialrecommendationsandstewardingsocialmediaaccountprojects,actingasaclientcontact
- Deepunderstandingofadvancedanalyticsandperformancemedia
- Strongfamiliaritywithmarketingprinciples,analyticsandconcepts
- ExceptionallyskilledinExcelandPowerPointwiththeabilitytodiscusshowthosefunctionscanorshouldbeappliedrelativetotheSocialMediaplanningprocess
- ExpertinnegotiatingandconstructingSocialMediaplans,withunderstandingofplanning,buyingandactivation
- ExperiencebuyingadsonFacebookandInstagramiscrucial,additionalplatformspreferred
- Exposuretoadvancedtargeting/retargetingtacticsinsocial,usedboth1stand3rdpartydata
- Experienceowningthefullsocialstrategyprocessinclusiveofworkingwithpartners,clientsandinternalstakeholders
- Exceptionalverbalandwrittencommunicationskills;abletoconfidentlypresentand“sellthrough”ideasbothinternallyandtoClients,whilecoachingteammembersontheseskills
- Comfortowningandmanagingbudget/investmentlevelsinSocialMediaacrossmultipleaccounts
- Strongexperiencenavigatingcross-departmentrelationships
