As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location. Your presence helps to deter security-related incidents while providing excellent customer service and communication. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible, and respond to incidents as needed. - Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns within the location.
- Monitor for unusual activity and report any security-related issues according to site guidelines.
- Assist with access control and visitor management as required by site policies.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of observations, incidents, and daily activities.
- Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to support a secure environment within the tech, media, and telecom location.
- Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
