Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Senior Marketing Specialist will: Support the development and execution of BCRC's resort-wide marketing and communications strategy. Manage vendor relationships with agencies and contractorsproviding creative briefs, overseeing timelines, and ensuring quality deliverables. Oversee content management across digital platforms, including the BC App, digital kiosks, websites (i.e. beavercreek.com and beavercreekresortcompany.com), blog, CVENT, and social media channels. Maintain and manage monthly content calendars for all digital platforms. Coordinate and manage in-resort communication tools, including village signage and banners, bus ads, village maps, highway signage, and concierge materials. Support the marketing and onsite execution of major eventsmanaging elements such as event websites, video screens, email communications, and intercept surveys. Create and distribute newsletters and weekly stakeholder and guest updates. Track, analyze, and report performance across email, app, and website content. Logistical planning and execution of village media and influencer visits, coordinating with PR agency partners on travel and hosting itineraries and expense tracking. Support internal communication and engagement with merchants, lodging partners, and guest service teams through One Village initiatives. Research and recommend new tools, systems, and platforms to enhance communication and marketing effectiveness. Collaborate with leadershipincluding the Executive Director and Directors of Events, Administration, and Economic Developmenton strategic initiatives and special projects. Contribute to the continued evolution of BCRC's marketing and communications systems and tools. Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital content management. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field. Exceptional written communication and editing skills. Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail. Proven ability to manage timelines and deliver high-quality work on schedule. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite preferred. Experience with BCRC social media management, email marketing, and website content systems. Self-motivated and eager to stay current on competitive trends, emerging tools, and best practices. Flexible and adaptable as tools, processes, and strategies evolve. Willingness to support events and initiatives on weekends and holidays as needed. Ski resort, resort related, or event marketing experience preferred. The expected pay range is $56,485.00 - $80,000.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
