Graphic Design Specialist
The Rosen College of Hospitality Management is comprised of approximately 100 diverse faculty and staff members that represent over 18 different countries and are recognized for their research, teaching skills, and industry impact. Rosen College students are exposed to some of the most modern and well-designed learning laboratories as they pursue one of the many B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. majors offered. The Opportunity: UCF's Rosen College of Hospitality Management is seeking a creative Graphic Design Specialist to join the team and support the College's marketing and communications initiatives. This role plays an integral part in shaping visual content that elevates programs, events, and key institutional priorities. The Graphic Design Specialist will collaborate with campus partners to translate concepts into impactful visual materials. Responsibilities: Design and creation of marketing materials for Rosen College of Hospitality Management. Assists with the development of the UCF brand and policies as it concerns standards for integrated marketing projects and logo use. Creates web and print marketing, designs promotional items and marketing materials for events for the university. Participates in projects in all areas of branding and promotions. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219(6). Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, marketing, or content creation within an academic environment or similar setting. Experience using graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, and related platforms. Skilled at translating creative concepts into visually engaging designs for print and digital use. Experience collaborating across units and departments to support shared goals and initiatives. Strong project management skills with a proven ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
