Cboe Global Markets is seeking an experienced and highly organized Marketing Manager to support our Institutional Product Marketing efforts reporting to the Head of Institutional Product Marketing. This is an individual contributor role focused on planning and executing high impact institutional facing marketing experiences and initiatives that elevate Cboe's brand strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and support growth across our listings and ETP ecosystem. The Marketing Manager will lead end-to-end coordination of marquee moments such as Opening and Closing Bell ceremonies, VIP engagements and milestone events while partnering closely with senior leaders lines of business the Institutional GTM and programs teams and the US ETF Listings team to ensure tight alignment and seamless execution. Your responsibilities will be: Coordinate live Opening and Closing Bell Ceremonies for corporate clients, partners, and other stakeholders celebrating product launches, company milestones, and key events, working across lines of business (LOBs) to ensure seamless execution. Lead client relationship management and event coordination for high-profile and VIP guests. Coordinate across senior management, lines of business, and corporate marketing to ensure alignment and maximize impact. Collaborate with the US ETF Listings team to promote Cboe as a listing venue for asset managers considering new ETF launches or transfers. Manage relationships with new and existing vendors and partners to continually enhance listings marketing offerings and manage the Listings Marketing budget. Serve as the main liaison for ETP relationships, working closely with the Institutional GTM and programs teams on marketing initiatives. Assist with project budgeting, management, and reconciliation for events, sponsorships, and campaign management activities. Manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills. The ideal candidate has: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field. 8+ years relevant work experience, preferably at a retail brokerage firm or investment management firm. Experience running effective multi-channel marketing campaigns for the retail investor audience preferred. Knowledge of the financial markets and investing strategies, specifically futures and options, a plus. Strong writing and editorial skills with the ability to translate complex subject matter into easily understood marketing and educational materials. Knowledge of derivatives a plus. Working knowledge of CRM and e-mail marketing tools a plus. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities. Knowledge of social media and digital marketing strategy and platforms. Superior analytical and quantitative skills. We value the total wellbeing of our people
