This is a unique opportunity to join a high-visibility team within the worlds largest retailer and play a critical role in accelerating growth across one of our most strategic categories. As a Senior Partner, Consumer Electronics, you will report to the Consumer Electronics Team Lead and own strategic relationships with leading CE advertisers. You will leverage deep digital advertising expertiseincluding programmatic and CTVto drive revenue growth, expand always-on partnerships, and deliver measurable business results for clients. The ideal candidate is a consultative seller who can operate at both the strategic and tactical levels: shaping marketing strategy while rolling up their sleeves to execute. Success in this role requires strong client leadership, analytical rigor, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment./ph3What Youll Do/h3ulliConsistently meet or exceed revenue targets while contributing to broader team goals/liliManage a high-volume book of business with strong prioritization and pipeline discipline/liliBuild and deepen senior-level relationships across client organizations, influencing both executive and day-to-day stakeholders/liliIdentify and activate multiple budget owners (brand, shopper, performance, video, CTV) to unlock incremental growth/liliProspect and expand within existing and new accounts to drive long-term, always-on revenue streams/liliPartner with advertisers to develop learning agendas and measure the impact of Walmart Connect solutions/liliLead consultative sales conversations, leveraging industry insights, market trends, and Walmart Connect capabilities/liliCreate and deliver compelling, needs-based proposals and RFP responses aligned to client objectives/liliServe as a trusted advisor and thought leader in performance and programmatic advertising, including CTV/li/ulh3Preferred Qualifications/h3ulliExperience selling digital performance and programmatic advertising solutions, including CTV/liliProven ability to exceed revenue targets through consultative, insight-led selling/liliStrong negotiation skills and experience navigating complex, matrixed organizations/liliExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at senior levels/liliAnalytical mindset with comfort leveraging data to inform strategy and client recommendations/liliExperience thriving in fast-paced, growth-oriented advertising or sales environments/li/ulh3Minimum Qualifications/h3pOption 1: Bachelors degree in psychology or related area. Option 2: Masters degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related area.
