The Senate Sergeant at Arms is seeking a Printing & Reprographics Specialist. Responsibilities Utilizes machine interface to manipulate color and file structure to prepare for high volume production. Operates, manages and troubleshoots high volume production printing equipment, ensuring conformity to established standards and applicable specifications while establishing priorities. Performs final finishing and bindery work for all printed materials on all stages of completion. Utilizes a Print Management Information System (MIS) to track and report inventories and supplies, production resources to ensure deadlines are met on work requests. Produces electronic files from hard copy documentation in a variety of formats and uploads to respective office's file exchange server. Other duties as assigned.
