We bring that vision to life through our values and culture. .As a Technical Designer, you will support and be responsible for the product design and development process. This requires a diligent approach to workload and maintaining timely communication with cross functional partners. You will be responsible for understanding business initiatives, product functional requirements, and performance expectations to ensure fit and quality consistency of the product. In addition, you will work collaboratively with cross functional partners including vendors and PSQA Quality team for effective technical specifications and product quality standards. You’ll also support and be responsible for timely sample evaluations, ensure fit consistency and quality levels are met, and have an approval of all supported products. In collaboration with both internal and external partners, you will co-develop products, ensure the brand vision is executed, and identify and address manufacturing and quality issues. With regards to research, you will be responsible for understanding the competition and benchmarks for specified product categories and developing innovative product solutions.

**About you:**

• Four-year degree Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Product Development, related field, or equivalent experience

• 4+ years of relevant experience

• Knowledge of testing, safety and legal requirements for consumer products

• Knowledge of applicable raw materials and their performance and usage

• Strong knowledge of various 2-D and/or 3-D CAD software packages

• Exhibits a working knowledge of product manufacturing
