Responsibilities: Develop and implement KOL marketing plans:
Oversee collaborations between the company and social KOLs; create and execute KOL strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives, especially in mobile and compute sectors, to enhance public awareness and generate positive sentiment. This includes planning and executing KOL marketing campaigns, managing KOL relationships, and building a KOL database.
KOL relationship building:
Build, strengthen and maintain strong relationships with tech KOLs particularly those active in mobile and compute areas across various platforms, to ensure the company's products and solutions receive maximum exposure and positive word of mouth in social platforms, thus enhancing authenticity and credibility, fostering stronger relationships with potential customers.
Content generation and collaboration:
Work closely with KOLs to develop high-quality, engaging content that highlights the BU’s technological innovations and leadership in the industry. Provide real-time feedback and guidance to KOLs, especially at the beginning of a collaboration, and assess the quality of KOL contents.
Knowledge of the latest trends:
Closely monitor the tech KOL landscape and dynamics to identify the most suitable KOLs for each marketing campaign and tailor campaigns as needed.
Issue management and communications:
Handle any issues that arise during KOL engagements and ensure clear, consistent communication.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above.
5~7 years relevant experience in mobile and compute industry tech communications or marketing. Familiarity with the tech KOLs landscape, strong relationships and sufficient knowledge of social media are preferred.
Smartphone/PC OEM, or technology/gadget media background and experience are preferred.
Effective teamwork skills, with ability to lead efforts across different internal stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work calmly and maintain good judgment in fast-paced, dynamic environments, and succeed in ambiguity.
Excellent English communication and writing skills.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
Associate's degree or equivalent and 5+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
High school Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
