Role Overview The Marketing Data Analysis Consultant is a key contributor within the marketing data & AI team, supporting the development of campaign measurement strategies, executing performance reporting, and delivering actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and refinement of measurement frameworks for marketing campaigns across channels.
Aggregate, analyze, and interpret campaign performance data to identify trends, optimization opportunities, and performance drivers.
Maintain consistent metric definitions, calculations, and data lineage across reporting outputs.
Assist in evaluating attribution methodologies and ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.
Develop dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports that clearly communicate marketing performance.
Conduct deep‑dive analyses to uncover insights related to channel performance, audience behavior, and tactic efficiency.
Evaluate media performance across traditional and digital channels, including impressions, cost metrics, and channel‑level effectiveness.
Work with digital media platform data (Google, Meta, DSPs) to derive awareness, engagement, and conversion insights.
Support the creation of executive‑ready presentations and insights for marketing, business, and technical stakeholders.
Evaluate and document data sources used for campaign measurement and performance analytics.
Partner with activation and engineering teams to identify data gaps and ensure data completeness, accuracy, and relevance.
Apply data quality standards, governance practices, taxonomy management, and metric consistency.
Collaborate with teams across Song (media, creative, customer experience, commerce & technology) to support integrated analytics solutions.
Identify opportunities to apply analytics to broader offerings such as content optimization, journey analysis, and experience design.
Collaborate with cross‑functional SMEs to support analytical approaches delivering end‑to‑end client outcomes.
Basic Qualifications
3+ years of experience in marketing data analytics, campaign measurement, and attribution.
Experience with consumer and digital data domains.
Expertise in data discovery and assessment methodologies.
Strong proficiency in identifying, integrating, and validating diverse data sources.
Ability to baseline and benchmark key metrics, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
Experience documenting requirements and writing user stories for analytics and data products.
Knowledge of data governance, taxonomy, and quality standards.
Familiarity with high‑level data engineering concepts: data lake, data tables, metrics, dimension.
1+ year of experience supporting Financial Services clients.
