Senior SAP FICO Lead
to act as the
client-side design and governance owner
for a large-scale
S/4HANA
program. This is a highly visible role for a seasoned finance leader who can
own end-to-end FI/CO design, challenge SI deliverables, and ensure a stable, audit-ready solution.
What you will own:
End-to-end FI/CO design and stabilization in S/4HANA (GL, AP/AR, Asset Accounting, Banking/Treasury, CO COPA, Product Costing, Material Ledger)
Deep integration across SD, MM, and PP, with a strong focus on manufacturing and service parts
Revenue recognition design (SD FI flows; RAR exposure preferred)
Inventory valuation, intercompany accounting, and complex financial flows
Design authority: review, challenge, and approve SI solutions
Lead defect triage, cutover planning, and hypercare governance
Drive tax validation and integration touchpoints with ONESOURCE
Establish clear Order-to-Cash Record-to-Report traceability
Ensure SOX-aligned controls, auditability, and documentation rigor
Documentation & Governance:
BPMN process flows
FIT/GAP analysis
Configuration rationale
Functional Specs / WRICEF reviews
Test cases, data mapping, and control documentation
Ideal profile:
15+ years of SAP Finance experience.
Multiple S/4HANA implementation programs.
Strong background in manufacturing and service parts.
Proven client-side leadership and stakeholder management.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
