Amazon Studios is seeking a dedicated, self‑motivated Executive Assistant for Amazon Studios Marketing in Culver City, California. The ideal candidate will be an experienced, detail‑oriented, organized planner with the demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility. A positive attitude and the ability to thrive amid the pressures of a fast‑paced environment are essential. The candidate will possess excellent judgement and can succeed with minimal guidance or supervision, be skilled at anticipating problems, managing multiple priorities and global scheduling needs, and building strong relationships with the assistant body across both Prime Video and Amazon Studios.
Key job responsibilities
Develop day‑to‑day schedule and prioritise activities, proactively identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts
Handle phone calls and messaging
Plan domestic and international travel itineraries and process expenses
Organise events and coordinate group communications
Provide administrative support, including organising documents, preparing for meetings, ordering supplies, and processing purchase orders
Track and drive key deliverables to completion, following up on outstanding items
Meet and greet internal and external guests
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of executive assistant experience
Experience with executive‑level calendar management
Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and applications
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Experience handling administrative details independently, exercising good judgment in keeping team members adequately informed
Entertainment industry experience
Superior verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
Excellent organisation, multi‑tasking and communication skills
Strong motivation and initiative with little direction
Excellent judgement instincts when dealing with high‑level problems
Experience managing confidential and sensitive information with adherence to strict confidentiality standards

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign‑on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
